Our Journey
An unforgettable journey, and a journey that changed the purpose of our lives
The bustling halls of Universitas Negeri Jakarta were our serendipitous stage, back in March of 2018. We, Tiwi and Diki, were then just two souls navigating the vibrant chaos of student life, unaware of the love story etched in the stars for us. Friendship, a melody both sweet and familiar, was the foundation upon which our bond was built. We laughed over shared jokes, found solace in whispered secrets, and supported each other through the triumphs and tribulations of academic pursuits.
Time, however, is a mischievous artist, and four years flew by in a blur time, and unspoken dreams that danced in our hearts. It wasn't until May 2022 that fate, with a playful wink, nudged us towards a new chapter. Our first date, a tapestry woven with nervous laughter and stolen glances, marked the blossoming of something deeper, something that resonated with the quiet hum of forever.
From that day, our love bloomed, vibrant and intoxicating. We built a world of our own, a haven where whispered dreams happened, and quiet moments held the weight of unspoken promises. And then, on a crisp December 9th, 2022, we were engaged, a testament to the love that had weathered time and blossomed into something extraordinary.
March 2nd, 2024, beckons, a date etched not just on calendars but on our souls. It is the day we walk hand-in-hand towards forever, our journey from friends to lovers culminating in the sacred vows of marriage. The years may have meandered, but our hearts have always known the way. As we stand on the precipice of this new beginning, I can't help but smile, for our love story, born in the bustling halls of Universitas Negeri Jakarta, is a testament to the magic that unfolds when two souls find their way home to each other.
